Family and I were in California for Christmas and of course was wearing my maroon and gold. Don't know if they were all Minnesotan's or not but heard several Go Gophers comments as we were out and about, one was a badger fan believe it or not.

I have been very reluctant to say this, but based on what the Gophers have accomplished this season especially with the less than stellar passing game, I will have to say they have turned the corner, IMHO, in Kill's 4th year. The ? is can they keep moving forward.

As a season ticket holder this was my first road game trip. My son and I, overall, had a good time and had a positive experience with the badger fans around us with one in particular very impressed what Kill had done with the program. We plan on another one next year, probably Iowa.
