Those were ALL due to the starters getting injured... not because he felt he needed to make a change. I don't think Fleck has ever replaced a starter due to performance (at UofM), but I could be wrong.

That is truly a great question. Do the assistants and Fleck, truly dissect the game film (I hope to god they do and I'm pretty sure they do) with absolute detail? Do the assistants give Fleck their honest opinions about what should have been done? Did we do the right thing? What can be done...

Agree 100%. If you are saying this over and over again after losses, yet the same nauseating play calling on both sides of the ball are taking place, what he's saying is only coach speak and nothing more. If he meant it, there would be drastic changes taking place, plain and simple.

This play I yelled at the screen for him to cut it back inside... and laughed when he didn't as you see illustrated here, he had room to get close to a first down, if not get the first down, but for some reason he ran toward the sideline. Next play he again could have won it but threw the crazy...
