Can someone tell me what the Gophers offensive philosophy is? What are they trying to accomplish? They just seem like they run around with no purpose and wait for someone to jack up a bomb. And all too often we have 4 guys on the floor who can't shoot - or don't want to.

Sometimes our shots look like we're just launching hand grenades at the basket. Even the guys who are supposed to be good shooters (Battle, Garcia) just look like they're throwing shots up out of desperation -- no flow, no rhythm, no purpose.

Payne and Ola Joseph need to learn to hit 10-15 footers, other teams just lay off them. They'll be getting those shots the next three years.

For the life of me, I don’t see what Samuels contributes to this team. He contributes nothing offensively. Why not give freshmen Carrington and Henley the minutes to give them some experience for the future?

Athan looked really good. Things look bright for the passing game if we get a few receivers and PJ decides to open up the offense. Hopefully we have a couple RBs we haven't seen yet, not sure if Potts is the heir apparent to Mo.

I am very encouraged by the play of Ola Joseph and Payne, they are aggressive and don't back down from anyone. That's important, since our other bigs (Garcia, Battle, Thompson) don't seem to like inside play. I'm really hoping Fox can bang inside when healthy next year.

We just seem confused on offense, like there's no purpose to our offense. What are we trying to accomplish? Just running around and dribbling.

Still too much standing around, players watching and then someone feels forced to jack up a shot. Would like to see Garcia spend more time inside and for him and Battle to get a few rebounds.
