I saw a lot of extra passes that created assists AND turnovers.

We also out rebounded a 9-1 team 42-23, had 23 assists (23!!!), shot 52% from the 3, got 6 bench players in the game, had 9 fewer fouls, and 4 blocks. Yes we had turnovers....but if this is our worst game so far, I'll take it. Much more good than bad things. Tons of positives!

Well we accomplished the important thing of giving minutes to the bench today....so that's a good thing. They'll get ready...

It will take 15 wins to qualify for the postseason. Pretty psyched that this team is extremely likely already to make a postseason tourney. If you asked me before the season I would have said woohoo yippee yeehaw at an NIT bid...

In that regard, after the 10 second violations did you see super calm Ben telling and signaling to his players to calm down. That man is soooo composed! I've coached...I'd be yelling and screaming what to do as would so many other mediocre coaches like me (ie. Pitino).

Did you see the locker room celebration? Not minimal. They soaked Ben. Looked like a hoot.

Right!? And I think we didn't give up any points on either of those violations if my memory serves me right.

Lots of these guys weren't playing in the B1G. I am sure that they were thrilled to have their sons get a B1G scholarship and to be able to play in front of fans after Covid.....glad they all signed up!

I absolutely love watching this team. My favorite gopher team ever. So incredibly well coached. I've been waiting years for this! WOW!

we got votes this last week too:) all road wins in the B1G are good wins, especially 10 point ones

but the lower ranked teams will end up holding the empty bag...the power 5 schools will use the D2, Juco, and lower ranked schools as the minor leagues and the big guys will have rosters of juniors and seniors

You did notice this thread is "Ben Johnson and this team" so what does the guy do....praise Ben...nope...says we are winning because of Thorson.
