Yeah....the total years on a coaches contract really don't mean that much outside of what it does to buyouts and what not. Most coaches will be fired or move on before their contract ever gets close to expiring.

Yep....initial flurry of activity has passed. Teams can now be far more deliberate and vet players more deeply to figure out if they would be a good fit. Might not be many true impact guys left in the portal but lots of quality players who can help a team.
