    Yeah that’s mostly what I mean. Football and hockey for men. Volleyball and sorta basketball for women. Success in anything else is a bonus.

    He's 68 years old. 4 National Titles, 12 Final Fours. He had a great chance to win another title if he stuck around another 2-3 years, but what does it add to his legacy or career? We need to normalize people retiring younger, give the next generation their chance to shine.
