Seems pretty simple to hold a meeting at 10 am or whatever and review the season and let him go. Releasing a press release at 1 a.m. is clownish and there's a reason no one does it. It creates another reason for outside people to make fun of the program unnecessarily.

Interesting thought exercise. Could it be because of the location of the majority of B1G schools? I'm sure that is the main factor. Even for non P5 schools in the Midwest I'm sure there's not very many black head coaches compared to schools in the South.
