Was hoping Ischenko from Russia would last until we picked again. Appeared to be the best dart throw we could make with my limited info,
 


having him fits much, much better now that Ball is on the roster as well
 


At this point in the draft, you're hoping to find a player with an NBA ready skill and potential for more. He has that skill, he can shoot. Very good pick.
 

For a guy that allegedly can shoot, he has looked absolutely horrible in summer league thus far. 2-23 from the field. Only two games so far, but he's got a long, long way to go before he'll be a rotational player.

I haven't seen either game. I've read a lot of praise of his defense.

You're both wrong. Their preparing Evans to package him in a trade for a PF when LeBron doesn't come here. 🙂
