WOW that is sick!!!! And I believe I also heard Reynolds was shooting 46%?looks like its 2-13
As long as we're bitching, memo to last night's deejay: you don't have to play music every time just before someone inbounds the ball.Retire the PA announcer, he's horrible
I was watching a throwback Celtics v Knicks, circa 1980 the other night. I called my wife over and said "Listen to this." She said "What, I don't hear anything." I said, "Yep, no canned music and hyped up noise during stopped time." It was a thing of beauty. Plus, Bird and McHale had an outstanding game against Cartwright and the Knicks. As long as we're bitching, memo to last night's deejay: you don't have to play music every time just before someone inbounds the ball.
How else are you going to know if there is an inbounds play if they don't, smart guy?As long as we're bitching, memo to last night's deejay: you don't have to play music every time just before someone inbounds the ball.
This is funny because it's sort of true in a way. At least a couple times, that guy faked me into thinking we were going into a TV timeout. How else are you going to know if there is an inbounds play if they don't, smart guy?
This guy couldn't even announce the players numbers and positions, let alone hometowns yes I am a stickler for these things and keep a scorecard. As long as we're bitching, memo to last night's deejay: you don't have to play music every time just before someone inbounds the ball.
At the start of the season I could not figure why he was even on the floor since his ball handling and decision-making skills were poor. Seemed like when he was in it was one turnover after another. Then it seemed like he started to play more under control, and I assumed Niko had a heart-to-heart talk with him. Now it seems like he is back to his old habits. I leave it to Niko to get him straightened out. He can be a positive contributor if he stays under control. If Reynolds dribbles off his own leg again, he shouldn't be allowed to touch the ball unless it's an ally oop. He is the shittiest ball handler in history.
Yeah I see it like that too. He started feeling more comfortable or whatever it was and then this last game looked like something was wrong. Maybe it's like PJs improvement chart and next game he puts up 25 (points not turnovers). At the start of the season I could not figure why he was even on the floor since his ball handling and decision-making skills were poor. I was quite amused by all the posters saying "he should only be allowed to shoot a 2nd 3 if he makes his first attempt of the game, etc." after 2 games had been played haha.Raise your hand if you were one of those who said he should never shoot any more 3's. Hypothetical practice (or Gopherhole) conversation. Coach: "Stop shooting 3's until you can make some!" JCJ: "How will I be able to make some if you don't let me shoot them?" Coach: Stop trying to confuse the situation!".![]()
I like Kai decently enough, he plays hard and has a nice shooting stroke...but no chance he can be starting or playing more minutes than Reynolds right now.Maybe Reynolds can be a sparkplug off the bench. Kai has earned starter minutes with his hustle alone
