The amount of badger glaze in this thread is wild. We have to be one of the few programs where so many fans are willing to commit a humiliation ritual like this before playing our biggest rival.

25 degrees with snow. Not good for Gophers who are a passing team with no running game. Good for Badgers who can run well but not pass. Guys from Madison tougher in trenches. Badgers 24 Gophers 7, just the reverse of last year's game.

After opening as the favorite, the Gophs will enter the game as 1.5 point underdogs. Almost unbelievable. But not quite.

31 - 17 us. We should’ve beat the hell out of Northwestern last week and we should beat the hell out of these guys this week.

Predicting a Wisconsin win is not a sign of disloyalty. Of course, we would LOVE to see a Gopher win but there is ample data to indicate that we are deeply flawed and that the Badgers are improving.
 

A lot of this depends on injuries and availability. I’m not sold on Wisconsin’s improvement.

I’m feeling more positive than the general sentiment here.

My brother in Christ Wisconsin has scored twice before half only twice this year. Picking them to win this game at home is a humiliation ritual I refuse to partake in. 😂

I kind of wished the Gophers would demote the defensive coordinator like they did a few years ago and have someone else do it. It helped back then just going back to the basics.

Maybe before the bowl game and more time to prepare?

Otherwise, I have no confidence they can keep Wisconsin under 40. Who knows as the bowl game will probably go the same way. 😭

This was satire right? WI only scored over 20 points once in conference play 27 against Illinois.

Looking more closely at the Illinois game, the way it shook out really feels like a lightning-in-a-bottle senior day situation looking at the box score and how those points were scored. Look for a motivated Gopher team to win on Senior Day for the first time since ‘21.

I ended up getting pretty close. Predicted the Gophers scoring 10 unanswered to start things off and the overall points gap, and was a missed FG away from the Gophers score being right. This’ll do as an ample substitute for flubbing the pick ‘em every week.
