There is always hope. Any ranking right now is conjecture. Rankings 13 and 8 could be interchangeable in the grand scheme of things. We have question marks, but so do other schools. If the players come together and if the O-line coaching staff figures out how to maximize the players' skills, we won't have anything to worry about.

Based on eight years of consistent results, our offense will be average to above average overall, but the coaching will again fail to maximize the talent. We'll likely lose at least one game that everyone thinks we'll win right now, because of a bad game by the O-line. They've been a factor in all of our inexplicable losses over the past 4 years.

Last year, OL should have been a strength. It wasn't. However, it also wasn't a disaster (maybe the Rutgers game, but not overall). We need this unit to be much better in 2025 to give Lindsey the best opportunity to find his rhythm early in the year and build confidence from day one.
