The Regent System may be messed up -- probably is.
That said, I can tell you with 100% certainty that: (i) I have a close friend who is a regent; (ii) he is a HUGE Gophers sports fan; and (iii) we text back-and-forth during every football/basketball game -- he's watching live every game.
So...
Due to a conflict, I couldn't watch.
...Reading various comments here, I see reference to an eight-point possession. Can someone clue me in: how did that go down?
Agree with all of this.
This is the best time to be a non-blueblood and rise to success.

Two thumbs up.
It's not complicated.
Against Nebraska, both Darius Taylor and Jalen Smith played.
Against Iowa, Darius played 3 snaps, and Jalen played 5. So that left the Gophers trying to run an offense with: (i) no running game; and (ii) no deep threat.
Defensively, I believe the Gophers have placed too...
Look at the formation on DT's 71-yard run.
Gophers line up in 2x1, with the 2 WRs lined up on the strong side. So -- by formation alone -- 2 corners, a safety and an LB are pulled to the strong side. The run goes to the weak side.
...And who's the WR lined up alone on the weak side...
I can't be the only one who saw Malachi Coleman absolutely LOCK THE F*CK UP the corner on Darius Taylor's 71 yd run. ...Made the whole play happen.
We NEED to get that guy effective in the passing game, because if he can lock up like that all the time then he needs to be out there. We just...
