I don't think it is a given that a player has the ability to dribble and shoot with their non-dominant hand. I'd say that in college most really don't do it effectively or at all.

Anyone notice that Isaac drove to the hoop with his left hand and then shot left-handed? He did it with ease and facility. I don't recall having seen that before, although I may be forgetting. Perhaps he worked on that in the off-season?
