My point is a conference with those "Top 30/40" will quickly become only 5-7 top teams. With each game played, one team loses. It will quickly settle back to the mean where there's are a handful of consistent top teams, a handful of consistent bottom teams, and a big middle where a majority...
Neither does Indiana. Consistently finish 5th/6th or higher, and that success will lead to a higher recruiting profile. Not top ten, but would consistently be top 20/25.
Gosh, yes. Wish they would have spent money for an on campus stadium, a hot up and coming HC, better facilities for strength/conditioning and practice.
They have 4* players, but I agree there should be a few more each class. As for 5*, there would have to be a very strong connection to gopher football for any chance.
