I always purchase bowl tickets (and road tickets) through the U to ensure they get credit for selling their allotment. Have never had bad bowl seats. Want to do my small part in stopping the MN doesn't travel well commentary.
No one knows anything about New Mexico. If anything, people probably think it were Kill went to coach (which is wrong, I think lol)
If we lose, gonna be talked about like bowling green. If we win, we beat a team from some piss poor conference and means nothing.
This is coming from someone who...
Literally zero people said it was a conspiracy, don't make shit up.
Your post said 'Gophers were in Nashville a couple times'.
Do you think games from like 2005 have any relevance to this selection? If anything, being in the Rate Bowl 4 years ago should give more reason for Nashville or Vegas
I fully agree. The poster said the Gophers have been to Nashville as a reason to keep them out. That's a ridiculous excuse. HD wasn't even a thing when the Gophers were there
Bob is on the weirdest crusade here.
Let's all agree for arguments sake, Ben wasn't qualified for the job.
Anyone can apply for a job. I think most professionals, myself included, have thrown our hat in the ring for a position that may be a rung or two above the next logical step. It was the...
It may be meaningless in the grand scheme, but i always buy my visitor tickets and bowl game tickets from the U directly to ensure we're getting as much credit as possible for our traveling fans since this seems to matter in selection.
I was semi okay with NYC and Rate bowls in the past, IIRC Gophers were slotted ahead of those bowls, because at least we marked so off so hopefully we'd get a better bowl (aka jump someone later). If we go there again versus Vegas (never) or Nashville (20 years), it's annoying.
