Lindsay Whalen’s fault!

They lost several winnable games down the stretch and missed the big dance again. But wait, that probably is Lindsay Whalen’s fault also.

Katie gets pulled as much as anyone else. So do the other freshmen. She can’t play them 38-40 minutes as freshman. They need as rotation to manage fatigue. Come on. When they get taken out, it is because of a planned rotation. Unless they get into foul trouble, or are are really out of sorts...

Lindsay had many “meetings” with Pitts prior to the event in which she dropped her from the team. People think that that was just once or twice issue. That is such a simple criticism. Players like Pitts and Powell destroyed the culture and that has taken until this year to clean up. Personally...

She will practice with the team the rest of this year and be eligible to play in games next year. Next year looks promising, assuming the core stays, with Hart’s addition and that of the incoming freshman, including Paurova, who is really good.

They are players who Dont crumble when the game is on the line. I think we can call them winners! They will struggle at times this year, but they will battle! A lot potential down the line.

Someone like Geno has the power to sit players when they stray off program now. He didn’t always when he started, and his teams were .500. It took him awhile. Now he can do that and replace them with another 5 star. Lindsay is doing that this year as she has players who can come off the bench...

“Whalen tends to promote self”? What? She did everything she could to make Powell and Scalia good players. Selfishness is hard to overcome. And Powell’s poor point guard leadership skills are coming to fruition again at Tennessee.

I agree. Rose needs to pass it instead of shooting every time! I counted Rose making one pass all game. And that was late when she received the ball in the corner, not the lane. She needs to understand that when double teamed in the post it means someone is open on the perimeter. Catching a pass...
