I think the Gophers are good. You don’t dominate teams like they have if you are average. Would not shock me at all if they beat MSU by 2 TD’s.

‘77 team and it isn’t close. They would destroy the ‘97 team inside and still had Williams, Lockhart and Saunders. Williams was a fantastic player. I remember as a kid not understanding that whole ticket deal. What a shame they couldn’t go to the tournament.

They are 17-3 with and tied for or lead in Quad 1 wins. I would love to see their record if they were good.
