Nebraska will draw 80,000 for its spring game - and they have to buy tickets. We will draw zero and apparently not be on BTN. In the crazy situation college football is in today, you need every bit of exposure and publicity you can get (revolving door portal, poaching players with cash, etc.)...

Federal court decisions are further mucking up the NIL situation as far as the NCAA is concerned, but could the NCAA return to the one year sit-out for transfers? That would go a long way toward reducing the anarchy we see in college football today.

Nebraska draws 85,000 to its Spring Game, while we don't have one. The Spring Game was always a tonic for the most dedicated fans, but fans are becoming less important as revenues from TV contracts grow faster than ticket sales. Only Lou Holtz made a big deal out of Spring Games, pulling 40,000...

Will be a tough season - being in a conference with 18 teams and no divisions is a poor incentive for fans, maybe even for the team. None of the West Coast teams should be in the B10 - they should have worked out a separate conference relationship in which the Pac-12 was B10#2 and each team...

Paying students to pay will inevitably give birth to a union movement - and it has, at Dartmouth in basketball. This will make the situation even worse, if that is possible. In the '60s every B10 team except one won a football championship. That will never happen again.

Georgia and Alabama 1, 2. They will both be in the Big 24 by that time.

Gophers lose a DC with an excellent overall record because they don't pay enough; then they hire another DC at much lower pay. Go figure..

Sitting out a year is the minimum task to help stop anarchy in college football.
