Yeah, I know. I'm saying I think this team is better than that one was. I also think this years WCC is a lot better than the league was 2 seasons ago. Should be a fun league to monitor.
I do think this San Francisco team has a better chance to make the tournament than the one a couple years ago that blew us out that didn't come particularly close. If we hadn't looked like shit against Green Bay and Chicago State I wouldn't be too concerned, but we did.
Their guards are just a lot better than ours are. 2 kids recruited out of HS, a part time starter at Portland, and someone who couldn't get off the bench at Oregon.
Our best guard is also unplayable down the stretch if we do happen to be leading bc he can't make a FT
Looks like the next win...
I'm wondering if it's also going to be on ESPN+? I subscribe to that. Their SECN+ football games are on ESPN+ so I am hoping this is as well. I don't have B1G+.

There are going to be some bad teams make it if it gets expanded to 76. I mean I'll watch the additional games because I'm a diehard, but it's about as meh as you can get. We're going to see teams at or below .500 get in, I'd have to guess.
I wonder if this will also incentivize teams to play...
Not sure. Maybe something like this though:
First Round:
#18 vs. #15
#17 vs. #16
2nd Round:
#18/#15 winner vs. #10
#17/#16 winner vs. #9
#12. vs. #13
#11 vs. #14
The rest just follows suit as normal. Starts on a Tuesday, ends on a Sunday.
Should all be respectable next season. And I'd guess top 100 teams. So a couple Q2 opportunities at the worst. Out of the 3 I think SLU will probably be the best so hopefully we get them at least once.
San Francisco on a neutral is probably another Q2 opportunity. Gives us Missouri, San Fran and the acrisure series as hopefully at least 4 Q2 opportunities. Missouri should be a q1.
