I'd much rather have this "middling" program that is consistently putting guys in the pros and winning bowl games than our early 2010's program not making bowl games or putting anyone in the pros.
Make an event out of it and charge a small admission fee that goes towards NIL (with a caveat of current season ticket holders/NIL donors getting in free) and do a meet the team/coach/midnight madness afterwords.
Medved took over a struggling CSU team and brought them to the tourney. McCollum took over a team that made back to back NCAA tourneys prior to him starting. Give me Medved any day of the week.
Sadly for him too is he likely missed out on his best NIL opportunity after his monster freshman year and likely stood to earn more here after Bucky left for Oregon
