Better than all other UDFA's that's for sure. They're not paying $250K for a camp arm. They can get someone for much less, and this is taking a big portion of their UDFA money pool that they have.

He definitely has a legitimate shot. They paid him $250K signing bonus to sign as an UDFA and teams don't do that unless they truly anticipate getting an ROI on that guaranteed money.
For example, BSF got a $245K guaranteed salary last year to sign with the Cowboys as an UDFA and made the roster.
In Burns defense Jah tested out not too much worse than Shemar Stewart (who went top 20) and had significantly better production than him from a collegiate standpoint. Very surprised he didn't get drafted at all.
I'd much rather have this "middling" program that is consistently putting guys in the pros and winning bowl games than our early 2010's program not making bowl games or putting anyone in the pros.
