2019 was real nice. But that was a missed opportunity. It's kind of all on the QB for me, but if he's decent, I expect to win 10. Enough knocking on the door and beating on the door. Kick the sum bitch in!
I get it from the aspect of getting out from under MPJ's contract, but he's kind of the same player as Cam Johnson. Giving up a 2032 first seems risky. Denver could be awful by then. I don't see Jokic as a guy who's going to keep playing into his late 30s.
While I was waiting for the Twins to get their teeth kicked in, I was able to catch the end of the Twins next opponent finish up their 7th win a row as Miami swept Arizona. Former Twin Ronny Henriquez picked up his 3rd save to go with 11 holds and 4 wins (and a sub .300 ERA). Real good move...
I like Randle, but he's a frustrating player way too often. Too lazy on defense at times and turnovers that a guy with his age and experience have no business making
I think Clayton could have come right in and contribute at TSJ-level. Feels like a stash pick. Maybe Dillingham can take a massive step up and fill the PG void.
Give it time. At this rate, there's going to be plenty of roster spots on the big club unless there's a drastic shift in the next month. France, Bader, Castro, Paddack, Columbe are all likely getting traded. Maybe Vazquez if some team has a few million $ just to piss away.
"Here's the deal, you give us 2 billion, Joe and Derek still get final say on all personnel decisions, and don't worry about finding your own manager. We've got our guy trained to do whatever you tell him, and we went ahead and locked him up for next season too. How can you say no?"
