Strongly disagree about playing well. Granted, it was a very nice drive to force OT against Michigan State. But they and Purdue are both winless in conference play, and both those games were nailbiters.
I guess nobody told Wisconsin and South Carolina that if you're behind in talent against a top 10 team on the road it's against the rules to be competitive.
I don't think it's the same. The Twins have the money, but they won't spend it, or when they do spend it, they make very poor choices on how they invest it.
Because Northwestern is a road game, and they have looked pathetic in every road game this year. I get that a game at Northwestern is about as placid as you're going to get as a road team, but still.
Ultimately, the wins are all that matters, but it's tough for me to say that this has looked...
