I think it was Reynolds--but it could have been Tyson--in the post-game interview who said, "We were ready" when asked about a potential overtime. He said it with a steely look. I think they would have been ready.

Great post. Toward the end, the Gophs were switching on everything, which freed Stirtz up not being guarded by Reynolds. Tyson isn't a bad defender, but he had trouble when he got switched on Stirtz.

The word incredible is overused, but it's truly incredible how many head coaches the've had over the past several years and how short of leash they give them. Carroll is accomplished and talented, and if he can't do it, who could? I can't imagine they'll be able to attract anyone with anything...
