My guess is that was his buddy who is going to Texas.
 

Even more impressive is the interview to follow. He certainly handles himself in front of the camera very well. Great pick up. Knowing he is around 300 or so after dropping 35 pounds is interesting. Sounds like he really decided to commit himself to making his body d1 ready and his stock is on the way up
 

Even though Tyler's Texas offer was a grey shirt, it was still a Texas offer, and it's great that we were able to get him to commit to Minnesota. Kill and his staff have been recruiting well. If we can continue to improve on the field and get the facilities upgrade done, I think this program can go to another level. A big step in that direction would be a Citrus Bowl win over Missouri. Let's get it done. Go Gophers.
