I don't agree on B1G wins. We can't control our opponents we can only control ourselves if we took care of our business and won a bunch of games in conference regardless of anything else that's a credit to us.

I hope you're right. I'm in a pessimistic mood right now. I'm just so sick of Minnesota teams (college and pro) crapping out. Twins suck. Gophers suck. Timberwolves suck. Too soon to say about the Vikings. And don't give me the Lynx. I'm talking about teams that matter.
 

Kill's teams get better as the season goes on. Same meltdown happened on here last year.
 


Why do we continue to have slow people (Leidner, Kirkwood, etc.) get the ball? We aren't real fast but havent had Edwards, Jones, or anybody else carry the ball. I might also add this - Mac Shortell transferred because he basically looked like Leidner today. Not much speed. Max was a better passer.
 

It would be nice if the receivers could read the blitz snow and then and adjust their routes.

13 quarters without a TD which came at the end of the year. You can't be serious when you say his teams have gotten better. We had a nice stretch in the middle of last year and then sh&t the bed down the stretch, mostly on offense.
 

So much optimism for Minnesota football teams was just shattered in the last day

True. So when do we stop being so terrible the first "big" game of the year. The Iowa game last year was important and so was this one.
 

Guys, we are beating them 7-6 in the 2nd half. We just started slow, that's all. /s
