As far the whole bankruptcy thing: it can happen to anyone in this economy.

As for him as a person? Total sleeze, I sat in his office at Michigan State while he put the pressure on a certain someone. Dude offered a full ride but wanted a committment before we left campus. I couldnt resist telling him "oh no! Not that? I guess he will have to pick a school from the other 19 offers!"

He looked at me for about 10 seconds; he couldn't determine if I was being serious or sarcastic. Being the egomaniac he is, he incorrectly decided I was serious and kindly offered to extend the offer to about the time it would take us to get home...as long as we called him with a decision. He never received a call with an answer either way....I wonder how long the idiot waited?

Looks like Tim B. is still listed as owner per 2012 Hennepin County records. Property not currently listed on MLS. Must be renting it out. Imagine he's a renter in Starkville. Brew caught a raw deal in timing the real estate market. Real raw.
