Is it true that badger joel macturi had ndto "buy out" the badger band when they were unable to attend?

Or, did his proposal to subsidize the badge band's travel expenses by giving haircuts to the Football, Men's Hoops and Men's Hockey proposed 2012-2013 recruiting budgets get shot down by prexy k. That NEVER would have happened under prexy b...

Is it true that badger joel macturi had wanted to offer a "buy out" to the badger band when he learned that they would be unable to attend the game, just to make sure that their feelings wouldn't be hurt....

Poor Joel he gets blamed for everything. Vikes stadium issue..national debt..atomic bomb...it's all Joel's fault!

FYI: The band alumni will most likely be trying to start a travel fund so that there is money to send the band somewhere every year. When the details are squared away, I'll make sure it gets posted here.
