The football program should just hire a bunch of high school guidance counselors so the coach can actually focus entirely on the on-field product.
 

I think every coach in the nations is more counselor than coach when there teams can't stay within 4 touchdowns in the first half of games.

The "woe is me" every week from Kill is getting tiresome. Every coach in America has to deal with 18-23 year olds and their academic and personal issues.
