It's a good question.

They never put up names on their commit lists at the exact same time but this seems to be a long time between Scout having him up and Rivals not confirming him. I would imagine it's just Rivals being slow.

It might be a technical problem with their website. I know Zach had trouble getting Murray's commitment to appear despite multiple times attempts.
