Now that LOI day has passed, who knows when spring practice starts? and when the Spring Game is? I can't wait get a glimpse of the new schemes and seeing who will fit into the new schemes.
 

I think I heard Kill say during an interview that the spring game is April 23rd - and all comers welcome to spring practice for the four weeks or so before the spring game.

The fact that he is welcoming the public to attend not just the spring game but also the practices, tells us a lot about Jerry Kill. I think it speaks volumes about his confidence in what he is doing. Even better, he is not doing this out of his own ego. He is doing it for all the right reasons.

This is quite different from Brewster who would allow the press in for only few minute to watch the team warm up. I expect it is also quite different what almost all the other coaches do. Three cheers for coach Kill!

Based on his behavior. He seldom talks about or promotes himself. Instead he promotes the job that everybody else is doing and the program. One of the real strengths he brings to this program is that he doesn’t need to feed his ego. This is not always the case in a field where there are some very big egos. By suppressing his ego he is able to get the maximum out of others. True leaders understand this.
 

I wanna go to practice! Where will they put us? Coach Kill might be getting more than he bargained for with this open practice initiative. Gold Country is out here!!!

Really?
Damn, now I have to check with the boss to see if we're in town (that's Easter weekend... Big family gathering time for us). I realize that they likely can't control the timing of spring practice/ game much (is that window of time controlled by the NCAA?), but I'm a little surprised it's on a holiday weekend.

I think he is planning to use us for tackling dummies.
