$50,000 for winning the Big Ten....That suggests nobody is taking it serious. I'm asking for a $5,000,000 bonus if I win the Big Ten regular season title at Minnesota. We can't even get a winning record in the conference but you're giving me $50,000 if we win it? F---U

It's almost as if the AD has a budget he has to work with and can't just throw out anything he wants, no matter how unlikely they are to happen.

And who is responsible for changing that tiny budget? You are going to tell me he can only work with the amount of money he is allocated. I'm going to say there are countless ways the AD could manifest more money from donations, sponsorships, creative partnerships and innovation and raise the revenue he has to spend.
