All Things 2025-2026 Minnesota Timberwolves Offseason Thread

Im on the bandwagon. I dont this is on the level of vikings training camp propaganda
I think it was pretty clear this was part of the plan all along. Will it work? Who knows. If it doesn't, we should rip away, but I don't think this is any sort of revisionist history.

Anthony Edwards was asked about his thoughts on
Minnesota being on that short list of teams that LeBron is interested in:
"I have nothing to say about it because I've seen his top 3 teams, we're not in it so..."

I think Lebron's "trust the process" comment the other day was a pretty big tell that he's heading to Philly.
I was listening on the radio today driving into town and some NBA guy was on saying this Lebron interest is all a hoax.

He said there is very little interest in Lebron at all. He hasn't received an offer from anyone and the bother of him being on any team is more bother than it's worth.

It was an interesting listen. He said the hype is NBA generated. I believed what he was saying.

PT Barnum was right😉

Funny how that wasn’t applicable to Dennis Rodman🤷‍♂️. No offense, but people who spout that crapola or believe it strike me as being fine with mediocrity😉

Presti and Connelly are complete polar opposites.

Do you think that Jazz supporting cast was better than the current Wolves one around Rudy?
Be curious to see how the stats compare, think the Jazz were rolling out Conley Jr, Donovan Mitchell, Bojan Bagdonovic, Royce O'Neale and Gobert. Bagdonovic and O'Neale were always guys I'd play a waiver game with in fantasy, nice stat stuffers. They probably had guys Joe Ingalls and Jordan Clarkson coming off the bench, feel like Rudy Gay was there for a year. They had NAW, but I don't really think he got much run in Utah. Eyeball test I'd take the wolves of today, I like our starting five better, but neither team really had a bench. Those Jazz teams usually flirted with 50 wins and would choke in the playoffs
