True, but at some point recruiting success has to be evaluated and it seems both getting the guys you prioritize and getting success in the program are factors in evaluating. Neither are zip code dependent but if the guy was a high priority and chose a rival that’s a miss and is magnified by it being a close rival.Zip codes are way over rated.
