I miss when some of those teams were in the summit. Don't have any stats to back it up, but seems like summit was a bit more competitive 15 years ago

Summit best days were when NDSU, SDSU & ORU all were good.

IMO, this season will be the weakest it’s been since UST joined the league. It’s wide open. Just don’t see a dominant, clear-cut favorite. Three losses should get at least a share of the title this season.
