I know it's cheesy, but they have been trying for years to get people to Row with Goldy. Thought maybe this World Cup stuff would inspire the halftime break , Row. Music for it could be better.

The row with Goldy is fun but it happens right after other things happen and everyone is settling in for more football.

I don’t think many people think they want anyone more than the students to get into it as Goldy is down there.

I think it’s a fun bit and is working well enough.

Will always remember Auburn game where in the last minute or so of THE DRIVE a spontaneous "ROW...ROW...ROW..." cheer started in the Gophers half of the stadium. It was glorious and we knew the RTB culture had stuck and would stay from there.

Then we will need an approved announcement of allowance to be read over the public address system, and scrolled on the bottom of video broadcasts, just before we all do it in unison to show our fair-mindedness and community-orientation.
