Just when he was slated for a huge payday after two consecutive years of 35+ goals at $1.85M, Vegas trades leading goal scorer Pavel Dorofeyev (my favorite player).
Have to believe something big is coming. Been a really busy day of trades and activity already!
obviously vegas has room as Pietrangelo's contract is going to come off, but they need to resign Andersson and retool the forwards a bit while considering making room for some of their AHL talent anyway (Connelly for example).
He's a really good scorer, but Dorofeyev is going to get overpaid. Half his goals are on the PP
