Brain dead ball tonight as evidenced by the billion turnovers so far. Too bad because UCLA isn't playing well either.
 






Well, time to switch to the men's games.

Was fun watching this though. Will be very interested to see where Dawn can take this program from here. Sounds like some very exciting recruits coming in.
 

Can't be afraid to let the shots fly. Offense is just too slow to compete with UCLA as they are very good veteran squad. Need to work to get back to within 6 going into the 4th quarter. Rah!

Problem is that Hart isn't quick enough to take advantage of that mismatch. By the time she starts to make a move toward the basket, she's already getting swarmed by other UCLA players.
 













not blaming the refs because our offense was COLD in the 3rd but when it's 8-1 fouls in a quarter doesn't help much..
 

A shot blocking big in the middle ‘ends’ our team. Totally takes us out of our game.
We have to be willing to start popping the threes. C’mon GG, Tori, and Mara.

I’m not sure why Grace and Tori are afraid to shoot a three coming off a screen, it’s been open quite a few times

Yes, they’re 6-10 on threes and 13-40 on non threes, just shoot threes!
 

They played really hard. UCLA is just a superior team.

It's the kind of game that shows Braun is nowhere near being a WNBA player. She can't compete with the WNBA players on UCLA.

To win a game like this would require us to have Olivia Olson, Liv McGill, and Gianna Kneepkens. Plus a backup center who id mobile and not a defensive liability.

It was a great season, and hopefully we're getting those players witb Tori O. and Kussow. Chloe Johnson is a must if you want to go further.

They are making their 3's but we a struggling to find a way to get them open to take more. They are slow to get their shots off.

UCLA is veteran good team.

Besides the turnovers we started to collapse then and allow them to drain their open 3's. Tough game. UCLA is good and could be the champs. Refs not helping with calling us on everything and them very little in the 2nd half. Usually don't say as just expect and some of it could just be their earning the calls too with their efficiency.
 



LOL with 1min left UCLA goes up 21 to cover

And then Gophers missing two free throws! Can't make it up.
