Shattuck's top Team, which is ranked third in the nation, has made it to the round of eight in the national championships and arguably has the easiest path to the finals. The games are being played this week in Las Vegas, and you can watch them by going to https://nationals.usahockey.com/2026youthtieri18U.

Culver, who we split with in the regular season, is ranked number 1 and, due to a loss in the earlier round, is now paired up with number 2 Boston in the great eight game.

Sthattuck's 14U, 15-Only and 16U teams also made it to the final eight.

kid or coach or fan?

My daughter went to there camp for 4 summers. Got asked to play there but she didn’t want to leave her high school team. That and with scholarship money still would have cost me 25 grand a year. Love the place though. Rooster who runs the old rink is a hoot. His garage at his place is legendary. I’ve had my fair share of pops there

U18, 15-Only and 14U all advanced to the final four today.

I might have to watch this to see future D3 hockey players now that the CHL has elgible players.

Shattuck U-18 wins the National Championship, coming from behind to beat the Boston Jr. Eagles 5-3. In an incredible show of bad sportsmanship, the Eagles picked up seven penalties for fighting in the last 28 seconds of the game. That's seven out of a total of fourteen skaters - so half their team. This is the fourth Nat'l title in a row for Shattuck's U-18 team.

Shattuck's 15-Only team also won its National Title.

On the ladies side, two MN teams faced each other in the U-19 National Championship game: Tradition Vegas, which is basically an all-star team of MN high-school players (I don't know much about them), vs Shattuck-St. Mary’s. The game went to overtime, with Tradition Vegas (MN) taking a 4-3 win. Shattuck outshot Tradition, 53-21, including 19-4 in the first and 17-3 in the third, but lost the game in overtime.

James Tucker plays D for Shattuck's U-14 team. They lost in the semi-finals to the eventual winner, which was Little Ceasers out ot Michigan. He's a solid player - racking up something like 20 assists and a couple of goals over 40 games.
