the articles i read said that the BWW lease runs through 2030 and they would have to work around that for any re-development. the article said that they were going to use the upper floors for offices in the near term. any larger scale re-development likely wouldn't be possible until the lease runs out.

Not sure, but I hope for a cool venue to stop in before a game and have some beers and maybe listen to some music. Something with character and not another franchise. Make it unique.
