Second NCAA Committee Reveal - Gophers # 15

So is it safe to assume Minnesota will be one of the Top 16 teams? since I'm always afraid of the worst.
 



Also a season ticket holder (20+) years and no email communication about tickets, but did get the invite to NCAA reveal event.
 

So will ticket sales begin after they are selected today or after Sunday nights final brackets are revealed? I’m feelin confident today!
 

Gopher Women's Basketball Selection Show

Gopher Women's Basketball invites you to join in watching the 2026 NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Tournament Selection Show on Sunday, March 15! The Selection Show will take place at Williams Arena and doors will open at 6:00 PM for the Selection Show that airs at 7:00 PM. No food and beverage will be provided, but there will be concessions available for purchase.



When: Sunday, March 15

6:00 PM | University Ave doors open

7:00 PM | ESPN Selection Show begins​

Where: Williams Arena - Court
 










Yay! I should send a Thank You Gift Basket to Illinois and Oregon for helping the Gophers out. :)

I'm glad the Big 12 Tournament didn't end up hurting us because I'm happy that West Virginia got a good coach and is having success and wasn't "screwed" by Minnesota poaching Coach P (in quotes because their previous AD who hired her should've known the Gophers would be likely to make a coaching change and she'd be their top target).

As a season ticket holder, I felt like I was dismissed and just told to wait for an email and I could buy tickets later, but not any info on when the presale would be or when tickets would go on sale for the public. I don't know when they plan on opening sales to the general public, but I'd imagine it wouldn't be long after the top 16 announcement on Saturday. And I definitely haven't received an email yet.

As an outsider (non-ticket holder) reading through yours and others comments has my head spinning - seems to be less than stellar organization, for an operation that shouldn’t be thst difficult to manage.
 




Got my tickets! After all that, at least they did manage to get the ticket link to season ticket holders out quite quickly. And best of all, nobody else had taken our seats all ready. All is good and now I'm looking forward to seeing when and who we play! Go Gophers!
 



Congratulations to the Gophers! Beginning of the season was hoping for top 16 but started put the gate where I was thinking not, but rebounded and had a great season. So happy for them and all of their fans!
