Our court was awful until they put in the maroon boarder, not sure who thought no boarder was a good idea.

Some of the courts in the NBA are getting ridiculous.

He draws eyeballs....some people read his stuff because they like it.....others read it to see what outrageous thing he is saying so they can get pissed off about it.....in the end they don't care why they read it as long as people read it.

I bet it's been 7-8 years since I've read anything from him by actually going to the star tribune site. Most stupid things he says are reported here or on twitter so there's little need to actually go to their website.

Maybe I'm in the minority but I would give them more clicks and eyeballs if it was actually good writing.

I'm in the same boat you are, only time I see his stuff is on here. But they must be getting what they want because they keep giving him a paycheck to do what he does.
 






It seems unclear whether Nemo Turner is actually "hurt" or just doesn't want to burn his red shirt. I guess I can't blame him too much if it's the later but they could sure use him.

Probably because with what minimal Gopher Basketball "Beat" coverage exists, none of the local press made the trip to the West Coast.

Niko had the info. Nobody asked him.

Although the door is still open for a return, it appears that Crocker-Johnson is out for the year. If that's the case, I expect Gizzi to get some minutes most games here on out. Will we see any minutes going to guys deeper on the bench--Turner, Spencer, Lorenzen?

Pretty sure Turner is hurt as well, if he isn't he will almost certainly have to play. Crazy part is that if Grove gets into any kind of foul trouble we will have almost no available size if Turner can't play. Spencer and Lorenzen might play but both are small. Just unreal the injury situation on this team right now.

If Turner plays he could always elect to sue the NCAA to get the season of eligibility back.

Decent chance he would win.

He didn't give him a "scoop". He probably told him the exact same thing he said yesterday and today to BTN. He's out today. He's out indefinitely. It might be for the season.

I dont think Turner and Stevens are even around the team lately. Sounds like Omot wasn’t on the bench today either. Not sure what’s going on, maybe they’ve already got one foot out the door?
