Adding guys mid season


So any former Gopher that didn’t exhaust their eligibility is able to return at this point?

Just load up on guys playing pro in other countries and dare the NCAA to stop you at this point.

Does this apply across the board or is it case specific?
I'm pretty sure it's specific to his case.

Edit: I think with him, the big thing was that he had signed a 2 way contract even though he actually never played in the NBA. The other G League guys that went back to college didn't have 2 way contracts.

This has to be the "jump the shark" moment.

Guy was drafted and played in the NBA....there is no way he should be allowed to play college basketball again. Don't see how he would be granted eligibility again but nothing really makes sense in college athletics right now so I guess anything is possible.

Edit - that said, a judge in Alabama did just rule against the guy Alabama was trying to bring back so maybe there still is some sanity out there.
