Yeah. Not sure how anyone could pick Miami based on their offense but they covered. What an awful awful awful awful throw by beck
He's young. He'll learn for next year. What an awful awful awful awful throw by beck
Only 70/78 people picked them.Wow. Beck had him too if it were a better throw.
Build the Cignetti statue now
Cig seems to agree with me. Haha.If he was 3 gapping Heatherman got schooled
SEC football just means more.
I’m surprised you were shocked by thatDoesn't seem that long ago that I was shocked when Indiana destroyed ranked Illinois. Few months later and they're national champions. One of the best CFB seasons of all time. It was a lot of fun to follow. (And daydream about that being us one day).
I think it was more that they won 63-10I’m surprised you were shocked by that
They were 7 point favorites

I still get the impression that we’ll see these much more frequently now with modern rule changes. This isn’t at the Miracle on Ice level but it has to be one of the biggest and quickest turnarounds ever. Truly remarkable, top of the cap to Indiana.
There isn’t really a difference between 63-10 and 42-14I think it was more that they won 63-10
3-9 two years ago and they fired the head coach. 27-2 since then. It's absurd. This isn’t at the Miracle on Ice level but it has to be one of the biggest and quickest turnarounds ever. Truly remarkable, top of the cap to Indiana.
Yeah they ran it up.They won by 53.
To a much lesser extent Miami did the same thing after being 3-5 in the ACC three and four years ago.I still get the impression that we’ll see these much more frequently now with modern rule changes.
Miami was in a tie for 3-6 in the ACC this yearTo a much lesser extent Miami did the same thing after being 3-5 in the ACC three and four years ago.
If he was the preseasin favorite to win the Heisman, your argument would make more sense. But Mendoza was 60-1 to win the Heisman in August. A Heisman winner wasn't bought. Cignetti identified and utilized him. Before the season started, no one was saying "that Arch Manning guy looks good, but Texas probably wishes they had Mendoza instead."Now that the novelty has worn off, absolutely zero reason for Cuban to keep buying Heisman winners.
Look for a 8-9 win IU team next year.
