All Things 2025-2026 Minnesota Timberwolves In-Season Thread

Really solid win against a team that’s better than their record (Giannis had only played just over half their games). Half game out of 2nd now in a year that now feels really wide open if the officials are going to continue to let teams actually play defense against OKC

Couple tid-bits form last night's game.
Hyland's +41 is the best ever for a Wolve bench player.
The 37 assists were a season high.
League best 17-6 since Thanksgiving.

When asked if he could still play Beringer when Gobert returns to give them three heavy-minute bigs, Finch said it was possible.

“We can. People are going to have to sacrifice minutes, but if he plays like this, then we should be benefiting from everybody,” Finch said. “We will step-by-step this. Since draft night, we’ve long believed in this kid. This is just the beginning.”

Nuggets have now won 5 of their last 6 with 4 of those being road wins. Doing well without their star.
OKC at Houston tonight and Bucks at Spurs.

Finch,

What is your love affair with the dreadful Conley?

It's nothing short of amazing to watch?

There is absolutely nothing left in the guy. NOTHING

51 for Edwards so far. Wolves were down 25 at halftime and now tied with the Spurs.

Really fun 2nd half and Ant did his best MJ impersonation in the 4th quarter. He was unbelievable. If they play any defense in the 2nd quarter they likely win. They needed Rudy on Wemby down the stretch.

Beringer is going to be really good and will be Rudy's successor. If they make any trades this season there is zero chance he will be involved.
