Who wsa behind the bench in maroon polos? One guy looks like Treyton Thompson
Is that why he went to Tulsa? In his defense, Carrington just wanted to feel what winning was like.
Not sure. I know Blake Cashman was there and Willie Burton was behind the bench (I think he goes to a lot of games).Who wsa behind the bench in maroon polos? One guy looks like Treyton Thompson
Don’t feed the trollIs that why he went to Tulsa?
Some of us crave leadership and Some bristle at leadership. Is that why he went to Tulsa?
Mirkovic is 19 years old. Wagler is 18. Boswell and T. Ivisic are veteran leaders. Boswell is a senior but just turned 21. Stoyakovic has bought into being a complementary player instead of a high usage scorer like he was at Cal. Z. Ivisic, Humrichous and Davis form a good bench. At first, Gophers contained Wisconsin's 3's, Gophers led. Then couldn't contain them. Now Gophers face Illinois strong in the paint.
Illinois is #3 in the B1G in rebounds at 41.8 per game. Gophers are 2nd fewest at 34.5. Illinois matches up bad for Gophers.
Illinois freshman forward David Mirkovic is averaging 8.4 boards, 12 points, and 2.6 assists a game. He's 6' 9" but used to play point guard. He played in the pro ABA before now a freshman for Illinois.
Forwards Andrej Stojakovic and Morez Johnson Jr are probably $2 M in NIL guys.

Morez Johnson plays for Michigan, not Illinois. He was at Illinois last season but his dad was mad that he wasn’t allowed to shoot threes. At least that’s the story but money was the major reason.
Illinois and Minnesota were the only high major offers for Wagler. Pretty amazing story. Before last summer, I projected him as the 9th player in the rotation. Now he’s the best player on the team as an 18 year old freshman. Crazy.
Illinois better be ready to play. Minnesota will make them earn it. I enjoy watching Minnesota play.
