He won zero games last year, and performance was not mentioned as to why he was let go…probably a good dodge to not pay him a buyout

Why? Other than money, why do so many assistant coaches move on so quickly from PJ?

We blame the O-Line coach for not being able to run the ball. We blame the OC.
I don't recall anybody blaming the running backs coach? Yet, we did not run the ball well.
And yet this guy is offered a multi year deal by a rival?
