I think it’s dumb to assume our HC for some reason is choosing to not hire an elite experienced OC and instead he opts for someone who has never done it. Why would any HC go that route?

Hard to believe he doesn’t have access to what he wants. I think he likes coaches who are obvious underlings. Just my opinion.

He has access to several million dollars more in assistant coaching dollars than he’s using right now. Why would you pay guys more than they deserve? One of our guys was living in a closet five years ago for Gods

Because he’s having a hard time getting experienced OCs to deal with all of his slogans, et al would be my guess but again I’m just guessing. He was paying KC $1 million give or take more than this guy so 100% for sure there’s more money than we’re currently paying available.
