This is the answer. Need a guy like Hetherman that improves every where he goes. Look at his track record and guys like Vince Kehres from Toledo.

Honestly, if we were to not keep our current DC Vince Kehres is who I would want Fleck to pursue. I had a whole post written up last night that I was gonna post about him, but an unfortunate mis-click with my mouse closed my browser window and deleted everything.

He has years of experience as a DC, and the defense has gotten better everywhere he's been.

Rossi’s final year defense wasn’t spectacular. Remember that loss to NU? I’m not sure he brings the upside for the cost. And I like Rossi a lot. He lived down the street from us.

I think Corey got a big raise going to Miami, don't think he would have stayed at Rutgers either.

Based on his career trajectory...he will go be an analyst somewhere and eventually end up back at Rutgers for like his 4th stint there. As long as it isn't here I don't care where he goes.

As for Rossi....wouldn't mind him coming back as long as he was committed to sticking around for a while.
