***OFFICIAL INDIANA AT MINNESOTA BIG TEN TEASE PORTION OF THE SCHEDULE IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

Grove was REALLY giving his all on D. That chasedown block was awesome. Turner did what he needed to do. He's a big dude and a change of pace from JCJ and GG
Grove surprised me! Turner, if he puts the work in, loses 30 pounds, has some athleticism and could have a future.

Hummel hate? He’s great. And, it’s obvious how respected Niko is by media and former coaches. Been awhile since we had that.

Wondering how many injuries reported with all the people jumping on and off the bandwagon

Props to Reynolds....he plays his butt off and is a gamer. Has a very Vince Grier type game without the 3 point threat.
OTOH....anybody else scream at the television anytime he tries to dribble the basketball??? LMAO
Grier actually wasn't a real good 3 point shooter- he had a crazy looking release. The thing about Grier was that he would hit them when they were badly needed. He was just a winner.

Exactly as I remember him as well....he seemed to hit 3's from the top of the key at the biggest moments....

Great win. I think we will definitely have our bad games/stretches in conference play due to injuries/overall talent. But this game to me shows we have the right guy at the helm. Hopefully continue to grow and build.
Let’s go to the archeological dig to find evidence of Clem winning his first two conference games in his first season taking over from scandal. Neither of those teams were top 20, but wins nevertheless. Ended up 2-16 in conference play. Great win and gives a glimpse that the man at the helm can coach but the rebuilding is a slow process.

Medved gets his first B1G win on home court against a ranked opponent.

Not bad at all.

Have to get back to the days when The Barn is on full tilt from the opening tap and one of the toughest places in the conference to play.
Build it and they will come....

Fun game to be at. Crowd wasn't big but it was very vocal and engaged, boys gave a great effort. As Indiana found out it's a tough league to win on the road in.

Clem never lost to Wisconsin at home

Cade Tyson is the best all around player we have had here in years. I am shocked how good the kid is and how hard he plays, within a team concept. Hubert David ought to be fired for malpractice not finding a way to play this kid.

Yep. Nice family but lend themselves to gallows humor sponsoring sports, especially coaches interview. Do they give the Merced family discounts on caskets as a bonus?
I think they signed a lifetime contract in the Ray Christensen days or something. I can still here him doing the ads.

Great game at a very dire time. One thing I observed is it seems like every team the Gophs have played the last 5-10+ years would shoot from any location, any time, any way with zero regard for repurcussions. Meaning they didn't care if they missed because Minnesota would almost never make them pay. Indinia started out with that and it worked early. But Minnesota didn't cave and brought the pressure back. I think that was a deciding factor in Indinia cramping up mentally and never finding a decent groove.

Awesome game.. I said Niko can coach.. early when he took the job and last week when people were crying about him… veteran lineup ran his O to perfection… loved it.. Reynolds was MVP not sure if you could see on TV but he was working his ass off way from the ball… he locked up Devries and whoever else he guarded..

Should have red shirted Cardenas have him for another year. Oh well gives another portal prospect or two a chance to shine or find durkin for the open 3.
