Personally as a coach I wouldn't follow a player. That would be even worse than Brian Kelly and his stupid dance with that LSU recruit.

Drake would be gone in a few years to the NFL and unless PJ won big, he'd be gone too probably.
 

Interesting read for what it is...based on a Razorback "woe is us" perspective and not getting clicks for throwing out that Coach is actually thinking this himself. That's more honest than a lot of writers.

Here's the quote for me: "...by convincing one of the Big Ten's most beloved coaches to uproot his life..."

Not sure I've heard that anywhere else except here on GH repeatedly... :p

The article seems to be more about possibly using the Lindsey family's money and ties to Arkansas to lure Fleck away from Minnesota and more than likely bringing Drake along for the ride than the other way around.
 


I jokingly posted this scenario a few weeks ago. I feel like I could have wrote this as a spit ball on the wall piece.

Would be a hell of a story if it happened.

If Drake was at a different school, would they be looking to get Fleck and Drake, or would they be looking to get that coach and Drake?

Mold is a great city - lots to do and cosmopolitan enough for Heather. I don’t see her wanting to go to Fayetteville, Ark.

You also only need so much money to purchase things and it isn’t a panacea for all of life’s woes.

You’re looking at if from the perspective of a non-millionaire, Fleck already is one.

I remember that someone had posited the Fleck/Lindsey to Arkansas theory...nice to put a name with a face...😁
