Oh I agree and it’s why I had no interest in taking the spread or the gophers over on points despite that we should’ve done it. Just annoyed I didn’t hammer drakes over on passing yards but told myself not to bet college player props this year ha

Wise words. I plan to follow them in 2027.
 







Just got home. Pretty uninspiring football through the first three quarters. Crowd started out strong, student section was completely full. The OL was out of sync most the game and Lindsay was all over the place. Dropped passes were also pretty disappointing.

They did finish strong, but definitively a lot of room for improvement.

Same here. If buff doesn’t drop those 2 picks we may have had a nail biter
 

Anyone else a little worried about the run blocking again? Didn’t seem to have many holes and DT getting touched before or at line line of scrimmage fairly often.

It’s ridiculous but I still kinda blame PJ for MO’s Achilles. Dude went from no football to being the entire offense for a B1G team against tOSU in his first game of the season.

There’s a reason you don’t let a pitcher throw 100 pitches in their first game back from injury. Think that would doubly apply to sprinting.

DT is really good and going to make guys miss. It was a problem last year-if we couldn’t run, we lost. Simply asking the question.
 

Really enjoyed the fun give and take between Tim Brando and Spencer Tillman....said no one ever.
Might be the worst crew going in college football. Turned off the sound mid way thru 3rd quarter.

While I will agree with that, there are always "ifs" and "butts" on both sides of the ball. "If" MN does not drop so many passes maybe they win by 20.

I think that stuff evens out over the course of the season.

I'll agree the redzone offense and run blocking has to improve dramatically for this team to compete in the B10. Next week probably will not be a good barometer as the team we play is not very good. If they struggle in the same areas next week I will be very concerned.
